Its not possible to do that. Also such a feature would be against Google Adsense TOS.

First of all I don’t use Google Adsense so I would not be violating their terms and if I was as far I know “rotator” is not mentioned explicitly in policies and ToS .
Second I asked because your plugin has different slots for ads which implies that their is some kind or rotation on them . I work with 3 companies that require me to display their ads for 60 seconds each so I wanted to refresh the ad every 60 seconds.
You can use the Multiple Ad Networks option to rotate ads on page reload between up-to 3 different Ad networks.
Rotating Ads every 60 second is a unique custom requirement which cant be added as part of the plugin as it will add an unnecessary layer of complexity which wont be used any 99% of the users. If you need a unique customized solution I can provide customization services for a fee. For this you can use the Hire-me link in the plugin.
