Row not displaying

Hi,
I had asked 3 qns in the forum. One you had replied. Rest not. But I managed to get the thing by referring documentation.

This is my code

I left a empty row after the header row for a purpose. However, while inserting query function, it displays the row which is having values.not the empty first row.
Without query, it is displaying the empty row.

Please advise why it is not showing the empty row?. I want certain columns to be displayed along with the empty row as default.
