RSS and Feedburner: 403 Errors

    After upgrading to WordPress 3.3, the last post in Feedburner is out of date.

    Steps Taken:

    * pinged the feed
    * validate the original and Feedburner feeds

    I used: http://feedvalidator.org

    To check the:

    Original Feed Validity

    Feedburner Feed Validity

    I tried a Resync:

    There is an issue that must be addressed with your source feed for the feed “Marc David’s Bodybuilding Secrets Blog”

    Error getting URL: 403 – Forbidden

    If I type in my original feed into the web browser I see the XML and it’s up to date.

    Is this a Feedburner issue specific to WP 3.3? Their forums are way out of date and I see no status mentioning such on their website.

    Wondering if I need to open a ticket with my webhost? Maybe they blocked Feedburner for some reason?

    This original feed works in my browser so I don’t think it’s a universal 403 error.

    The original WP feed shows the most updated information.

    It’s just Feedburner having a problem and the support for that product is gone.

    Resolved:

    Opened a ticket with my host. They were denying Feedburner for whatever reason. Once they unblocked it, I did Resync and received a successful confirmation.

    Issue was… host was blocking Feedburner.
