RSS Error

I tried to subscribe to my own blog (http://minneapolis81.com/) using Google Reader and it came back with an error:
“A fetching error was encountered”
Also, when I subscribe to it by searching by name only, it pulls http://minneapolis81.com/index.html and then the “this is embarrassing” page is loaded.
What can I do to try to resolve this problem?
