Rss feed

Can some plugin displays on my homepage posts from the site I put as a rss feed link and a widget to the right side . Can it be set to display posts and refresh for 30 minutes, but it only stands on the right side, not on the home page, example 5posts.
Which plugin can do this? Thanks.
I set one plugin but he show me posts from site which is rss feed on my homepage, I don’t want this. Because I ask. Thanks.
