• A user of my blog indicates that my “RSS feed is broken” in his “feedburner” and asks me to “please fix it”. How can his problem be caused by something in the built-in controls for my RSS services? Where would I look to see if there is something wrong? I’ve had several viewers indicate that they have had some problems with the RSS feed, but it seems to work OK for me. What should I tell them to do when they have this problem? I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks.

So I’ll assume that the problem is being caused by in his browser or some of his other controls. Is there some particular settings that they should check on their browser or WP controls when they encounter this problem? If I knew, I would be glad to suggest it to them. Thanks for checking this out for me.

If they are using older browser, suggest them to update to the latest version. Just thinking out loud, it could be security feature of some software that’s doing it. Other than that, off hand, I can’t think of anything else.
