RSS Feed and Multiple Page Posts

    I am trying to figure out how to setup my RSS feed to display “Page 2” of each post.

    Most of my posts are setup with multiple pages.

    My RSS is being fed over to Kindle and readers are complaining that they are only able to view the first page of my blog from Kindle.
