RSS Feed does not update automatically

I host my episodes on Blubrry and use Post Type podcast. I have had it set up this way for years. It is a church site and post the sermon with video, audio, show notes ect.

I don’t understand what is wrong. I uploaded the latest episode yesterday and it still does not show up in the RSS feed. What am I doing wrong? Like I said, I have had it set up like this for years and this is a regular problem. I don’t have any cache on the site at all that I can find. Not in Jetpack, not a plugin, not in the settings.
