RSS Feed Encoding Issue

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an encoding issue with my RSS feed only. The ” ‘ and other characters keep on encoding like this & #8217 ; and [ &#8230 ;] (had to put spaces to show the code) This isn’t the case on the actual blog, the encoding stays normal. This happens in BOTH title and description. MySQL tables are encoded correctly and my wp-config.php is set to utf-8.

    Any suggestions?
