Spotify or Deezer cant recieve the MP3 files from my podcast!!

I have this error by Firefox :

XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: XML- oder Text-Deklaration nicht am Beginn der Entität
Adresse: https://www.literaturlounge.eu/feed/podcast/podcasts
Zeile Nr. 501, Spalte 1:

These kinds of issues typically appear when there is a new plugin or theme file that is interfering with your feed XML. It’s injecting a blank line or strange character in your feed URL.

I would try doing a theme and plugin conflict test to resolve this: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/
