RSS feed error

    Hi,

    On my blog, it seems I have a RSS feed error : http://fafaillestudio.com/feed/
    I don’t know how to fix it. Could you please help me on this point ?

    I’ve noticed that my posts were not automatically published anymore on the site : http://www.hellocoton.fr (before it worked very well).

    I can see that in your Error Log, where it says “Failed to fetch feed”, that the URL if the feed source is not http://fafaillestudio.com/feed/, but in fact http://fafaillestudio.com/

    Can you confirm this? Try including the “feed/” suffix if it is not included in the URL.

    Furthermore, check that there are no spaces or empty characters before and after the URL in the text field.

    But when I check the feed link, I have this error message :

    This feed does not validate.
    line 3, column 0: XML parsing error: <unknown>:3:0: XML or text declaration not at start of entity [help]
    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>

    Do you know where I can find the file in the directory (ftp) to update the URL ? It could be very useful !

    You update the URL from the plugin, not from a file.
    WordPress Admin > WP RSS Aggregator > Feed Source > Edit the feed source > URL field

    The feed source URL should have the “/feed/” at the end.

    Furthermore, is http://fafaillestudio.com/ your own site, or is it http://www.hellocoton.fr/ ?

    Ok, I’ve already done this update on the plugin.

    My blog is well this one : http://fafaillestudio.com.
    But the issue for me is that I can’t publish on another site called http://www.hellocoton.fr. Normally my posts are published automatically from my blog to this site and since 1 month it is no more the case.
    It seems to be linked with the feeds.
    Do you know what could block the on-line ?

    Are you using the Feed to Post add-on, or just WP RSS Aggregator on its own to publish to the second site?

    I’m using WP RSS Aggregator.
    But no need to have it to publish on Hellocoton.
    It’s automatic with the pluggin Helloton.

    Do you have any plugins that change the WordPress feed?
    I can see that the feed has the following first two lines:

    <!– ngg_resource_manager_marker –><!– Generated in 0, 459 seconds. Made 8 queries to database and 33 cached queries. Memory used – 7.84MB –>
    <!– Cached by DB Cache Reloaded Fix –>

    This will make the RSS feed invalid since the line starting with “<?xml …” should be the first line, and is currently the third line, due to those first to lines.

    Do you have any plugins named NGG Resource Manager or DB Cache Reloaded Fix, that have options to remove these lines?

    Could you tell me where I can reach this code to change it ? I don’t find it.
    I have the DB Cache Reloaded Fix pluggin.

    I’m not sure how to remove those comment lines. You might have to ask the developer of that plugin on their own forum.

    You can find that code in the RSS feed. If you open the feed http://fafaillestudio.com/feed/ in your browser, they are the first two lines. Although, now I only see the first line. I’m guessing you fixed the issue with DB Cache Reloaded Fix.

    I get this error when I force the fetching of feeds (automatic feed doesn’t work anymore after updating to v4.1.4):
