RSS Feed handshake error

Server returned [Errno 1] _ssl.c:510: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Updated SSL on origin and CF but this didn’t resolve.
SSL tests otherwise indicated A+.

Contacted CF, HG, and WPORG and implemented a few strategies. All now point to WPCOM for fix. The site is self hosted.

RSS feed was working for several years. No changes to website.
Any suggestions?
