I can’t get to my RSS feed anymore for some reason, and I can’t figure out what to do about it.

When you go to [ redundant link removed ], it redirects to feedburner.

The problem is that instead of showing my feed, this page is shown instead:

Your IP is temporarily blocked

Your IP address has generated too many simultaneous connections to the host server and has been automatically blocked for 5 minutes.

Your IP will be automatically unblocked in 5 minutes.
blocked

But it isn’t temporary; this has been the result for probably a couple of months at least.

I have been using feedburner for a long time and it used to work fine, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. I did find an error message in one part of feedburner that indicated the feed is too big. I’d be happy to quit using feedburner and go back to the native feed, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I just want people on my website be able to click my RSS feed links and get the valid feed. Can anyone help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Have you tried contacting Feedburner support? https://support.google.com/feedburner/?hl=en#topic=13046

Not yet, but shouldn’t [ redundant link removed ] be my native feed? It is shown as my origin feed in my feedburner user panel. I would expect that URL to direct me to my native feed. That shouldn’t have anything to do with feedburner, imo. Comment?

Do you have some plugin installed that redirects? It’s not a native, WP-core thing. It must be done with a plugin or in your theme.

I don’t think so.

Disable *all* plugins. See what happens to the /feed/ link.

A thought… Your site is proxied through Cloudflare. It may be that too many referrals are coming from Cloudflare and that’s the IP address that feedburner is complaining about. Again, check with Feedburner support and ask the folks at Cloudflare, too.

Thanks for trying to help me. Unfortunately, I’m not getting very far. I’ve also posted my question in the Google/Feedburner forum, but no one has answered.

It’s clear that something from within WordPress is changing my default RRS feed URL, but I can’t figure out where. This is from my page source:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="PJM Consulting » Feed" href="https://feeds.feedburner.com/MorettiniOnhighTechManagement" /

I certainly don’t remember doing using any plugin to do this are doing it in any manner, and there would be no reason to do it to use feedburner. All you have to do in feedburner is enter the Original feed URL in the feedburner setup and it redirects it to a feedburner feed. So there is no reason to change the feed in WordPress.

I sure don’t remember doing anything but what I did in the Feedburner console. I’ve looked through all of my plugins and the HT.access file but don’t see anything that is changing it. Any other ideas? I’d be quite happy to to revert to the default feed URL at this point. I’ve already spent hours on this.

Disable all plugins for a test.
