Hi there,
Thanks for trying Podcast player.
Podcast player cache your episodes for better performance. However, in case of some special events you can easily flush the cache using following steps,
1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Podcast Player.
2. Look for “feed updation tool” on right sidebar.
3. Enter your podcast feed url in the field provided. (make sure to enter exactly the same feed url that you used to display podcast player).
4. Select “Full Reset” from the dropdown.
5. Click on Update Now button.
That’s it. Podcast player should not display deleted episode anymore. Please inform if you need more help on this Or if any other help is required.
Thanks,
Yeah, you know that didnt help either. Actually, I am getting bupkiss for functionality for this “best podcast player” that cannot seem to display any RSS feed I put in not matter what support recorded reply I try. Got anything more productive to our error?

Hello! Thanks again for your help.
I am still having trouble with the podcast player even after updating it to the most current version.
Each time I upload a track, I have to manually update the RSS feed in the player. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks,
Dan

Hi @dandean218 ,
Podcast player caches feed data for 12 hours (to optimize your website’s performance and reduce bandwidth). After every 12 hours, podcast player will check for any changes in the feed automatically and update the player.
However, with latest update you can change the refresh interval of 12 hours to your custom time. Just use following steps,
1. Go to WordPress dashboard > Podcast player > Settings.
2. Change the value of “Auto feed refresh interval” option (It is in minutes).
3. Now your feed will be automatically updated after your mentioned time interval.
Please inform if you need more help on this OR if any other help is required.
Thanks,
Hello,
Thank you for your fast reply. I do not see tha toption to change the refresh interval. Is that in the Pro version?

This feature is also available in free version. Make sure you are using latest update of podcast player. Now go to WordPress Dashboard > Podcast player > Settings.
It is the first option on that page.
