Start by deactivating your feedburner plugin/redirect.
Ok, I took out the custom theme URL feed redirect and deactivated the feedsmith plugin.
Now you can see how it comes up @ http://drjessechappus.com/blog/feed
Thanks.
Your feed is still redirecting to Feedburner.
I just tried on my end on both firefox and internet explorer and it is not redirecting… hmm any ideas?
Sorry – no. It’s still redirecting here despite a number of hard refreshes.
I deleted the feed in feedburner. Now eveything should be cleared š
Nope – now I’m getting a feedburner error page.
I there a way to send you a screenshot of what I’m seeing on my end?
We really need to check the raw RSS feed file first. The fact that it’s still re-directing to Feedburner suggests a deeper problem. Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Everything seems great on my end except the comment prob so I’ll deactivate all the plugings right now. Can you let me know if anything changes? All plugins are now deactivated.
Still being redirected to Feedburner š
I just swithed to the 2011 wordpress theme with no plugins activated. I’m crossing my fingers š
1. Is it redirecting bc feedburner needs time to refresh? Should I worry about it?
2. I thought I was supposed to use the blog url with feed on it and that is why I picked the url I did. So I’m supposed to just use http://drjessechappus.com/feed?
3. Can I put everything back the way it was now? š
Thanks.
2. No. WordPress is installed on http://drjessechappus.com/ so the feed url is just http://drjessechappus.com/feed?
