Try decativating all plugins, then validate your feed:

    http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmarkforsman.com%2Fwordpress%2Ffeed%2F

If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

disabling the plugins didn’t solve the problem. The same text appears.

error on line 10 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document

    Any ideas? Thanks MacManx

The feed can be affected by the theme, but it’s very rare. Try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 2.9) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0) to rule-out a theme-specific issue.

I am having this problem also with my feed is any one have any idea how to fix this the error message reads
“XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity”
    Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?><rss version=”0.92″>
    ^

i tried lots of things including deactivating plugins no change any suggestion

Still having an issue. I’ve tried de-activating all of my plug ins, and also reverting to the default theme. The problem persists. Any insight?
