RSS feed shut down.

I have a blog site that is a month and a half old. The RSS feed was working fine. I hired a consultant to make sure my Caching and SEO widget were configured correctly and functioning. Also, I asked him to set up my Feedburner. The person that set up the site installed it, but it never worked.
Immediately after he finished, the RSS feed shut down. I have had a few tech support types tell me this is a caching setting issue. The consultant says, no, its the RSS widget. He claims what I paid him for is done and the RSS is a new issue and my problem.
I am hosting with supergreenhosting.com and would love to move the site to a host that will provide support for WordPress.
Any advice, tips? Any and all help, other than joking, is appreciated.
