I am having problems figuring out why this RSS url feed is not being validated.

http://edis.usitc.gov/edis3-external/feed/RCRITERIONAOIDEL:10:CRITERIONANOTIFY:true

It was created on this website: https://edis.usitc.gov/edis3-external/direct.svc

Any help is appreciated. Mind you I do not know the coding behind the error validation.
