Rss Post to Direct Source Link

Hello, I have Multi RSS feeds from various websites into my website, the problem is when a user clicks the Title or image it opens a new page of my website and then Gives a link to read more and it goes to Source Website. I wanted the Title of the Feed to be clicked and linked directly to their Source website.

In simple post title can go to the source post but it’s always opening to my post as link, I don’t want that it must Link the source directly from Title.
