RSS SSL Failure

Tried from a second wordpress blog to pick up the RSS stream of the blog with cloudflare. The URL i used is https://www.domain.tld/feed/

Flexible SSL is enabled and the Cloudflare Flexible SSL Plugin is installed along with the SSL Insecure Content Fixer.

The RSS Connection of the WordPress RSS Widget fails with:

WP HTTP Error: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Also other RSS readers have Problems including some wordpress plugins i tested. But in the Firefox Browser it works. All browsers based on Chrome, like Chromium and Opera, seems to fail also. The Message there:
