RSS ticker not adding

    I am having a problem with the RSS ticker. I is not being included in the page.

    I added 3 shortcode tickers to a page, a ditty news ticker a ditty rss ticker and another ditty news ticker. When I look at the source the rss ticker is not there.

    Any help pointing me to the right direction?

    Please point me to a url where I can see the page with the tickers and I’ll try to figure out what is going on. Also, if you can provide the url of the RSS feed you are using that may be necessary as well.

    This is the URL. I added a post ticker to the page. The RSS feed should be between the first and second ticker.

    I’ve tried multiple rss sites, currently it’s pointing here.

    Thanks for the info. I’m not quite sure what is going on, but try going to your News Tickers > Settings > RSS page and make sure the Feed Reader is set to SimplePie (and save the settings). I’m seeing that RSS feed does not contain dates/times for any of the entries and the ZendFeed option is throwing an error when trying to display a time. I will fix this issue for the ZendFeed setting, but I am able to see the feed on my test page when using SimplePie.

    It was set to simple. I had changed it to zendfeed before for testing.

    So, I set it to Zendfeed saved it set it back to Simple and saved it. No change.

    I deleted the ticker and recreated (now 2840) no change.

    Can you check to make sure the ticker isn’t in your trash?

    If I view your first ticker directly, it displays: https://lspwp.lspgp.net/?p=2771

    But, if I try to view the RSS ticker directly I get a page not found and the post slug is “horsenews__trashed”: https://lspwp.lspgp.net/?p=2788

    I did delete 2788 and recreated a new one after re-setting rss to simple.

    I emptied the trash.
