rss title & image

I read a post and answer here about rss feed title and images. I have followed the directions by creating the image and plugging in the code and correct path.
I still see no title or image when adding to bloglines aggregator. I just seem my url. I thought perhaps the Blog Name being blank in my options would cause this. SO i plugged it in and still no go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
