RSS Updates don’t appear with Caching enabled

Hi, I have the RSS Feed Retriever plugin running on my website which displays its output onto a single page. As the feed refreshes it is not being refreshed on the page when the caching plugin (WP-Optimize) is activated. If the caching plugin is switched off it refreshes. I have contacted the caching plugin author ( @davidanderson ) and they have asked if you could confirm what action the RSS Feed Retriever calls when it refreshes. Thanks for any help.
