I already have an RSS feed URL generated by the AIOSEO plugin: example.com/feed

I installed your plugin and in the feed setup area it generated: example.com/feed/gn

Is there any difference, which one should I use for google news publisher?

GN publisher feed is generate in-line with Google News Guidelines and specifications, whereas the WordPress RSS feed is for general consumption.
If you are targeting Google News Publisher then you should opt for GN Feed.
