    Hi there,

    I’ve installed the Event Tickets plugin so I can add an RSVP option to my events, and track the number of attendees.

    I’m confident I have setup the event and RSVP ticket options correctly, and can see the blue ‘going’ button appearing on the front end. However, when I click the button nothing happens, and there are no error messages.

    I believe the issue is a result of no RSVP form appearing on the page, so without the Name and Email fields the RSVP fails to submit.

    I have checked the page source for any hidden fields but cannot find any, and I’ve reviewed my CSS and JS for anything that may have removed them, but no luck.

    Can you please advise?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Normally when you add the RSVP to an event you’re creating, you don’t need to add the name and email fields as they are added automatically.

    Can you please check and confirm that you have the latest version of our plugins running on your site?

    Also, could you please go through the steps in this troubleshooting guide to see if this issue is the result of a theme or plugin conflict: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

    Hi Marho,

    Thanks for the initial advice. I have tried debugging for conflicts as suggested, and indeed the RSVP form works correctly in the Twenty Twenty theme. However, when I switch back to the Bootstrap Basic theme the form is broken again.
    I have not had to active or deactive any plugins to reach this stage, so I know there are no conflicts with my plugins.
    It seems the Bootstrap Basic theme is where the issues originates. Can you please advise any next steps?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Are you still facing this issue? If yes, kindly do one thing, that is, open a ticket with Bootstrap theme support and see if they are able to provide any insight regarding this issue or perhaps a fix.

    Meanwhile, I will setup a testing site on my end with Bootstrap and investigate further in this issue.
