    Hi – tearing my hair out here. We have installed events calendar (great) and using the events to promote online training courses. We also have the tickets plugin and have added a RSVP option so people can indicate their interest in attending a (zoom) course.

    The big issue is getting an admin notification of people wanting to register their interest. An email is sent when each attendee registers their interest OK. We also added the suggested code to BCC our admin, but the emails don’t include the attendee email address which we need to confirm their booking.

    I know we can see this info by logging into the back end of our website, but isn’t there a way that when someone RSVP’s that we also get an email notification containing their details???

    Or maybe we are expecting too much from these plugins or not using them the way you intended?

    Bit of progress – Have added the following fields to the RSVP emails:
    {attendee_email}
    {attendee_name}
    {event_id}

    Almost what we needed now.. but is there a way for the event id field to show the actual event (course) title instead of just a raw number…….????
    Thanks!

    Was staring me in the face LOL {event_name}
    Literally spent hours and hours persuading this plugin to convert events into online courses with an option for visitors to register their interest so we can invoice them directly and book them in!
