Hi there,
Looking at your site’s source code in my browser it appears you’re using a child theme. Is that correct? First we need to rule out if this is an issue with the theme itself or something caused by the child theme.
Please switch from your child theme to the actual Karuna theme and check if this still happens.

As support for that plugin suggested, I would also suspect an issue with your multi-lingual plugin here, so try disabling Polylang to see if that resolves this.

I’m now really stuck
I changed to the parent theme and it didn’t resolve, however now I changed back to the child theme and my site has some error log!!!! My host said to contact the theme
Please help me fast!

Can you please share the error you’re seeing with us?
Have you tried disabling Polylang as I suggested above to rule it out as a possible cause?

All I see is the top bar and no header or content in the body is coming up, only the top bar. I contacted my host and they told me there are some log errors
There is nothing more we can do if you don’t tell us what the errors are, or if you don’t try the troubleshooting steps we suggest.
But I also see in your other thread at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/rtl-log-in-2/ the author of the Ultimate Membership plugin has confirmed their plugin is not compatible with Polylang, so that is the most likely cause here.
This is not something that we can fix in the theme, as it’s not being caused by the theme.

So my question now is, I put in language strings the link of the header image t display, but no image loads in the second language?

I also cannot help you with issues related to the Polylang plugin and with how it alters links in the theme to work, as that’s not something that we have control over. Please contact Polylang support directly for help with that.
