    Hi!
    i installed WP in English on my pc.
    i want my site will be in Rtl mode and my dashboard to stay in English.
    i use the Twenty Eleven theme, and i see in my files a rtl.css file
    but i dont know how to use it and how to change the site’s direction to Rtl.
