    First the chat look nice, but not on rtl languages.
    Are you going to add rtl support?
    I saw you add Hebrew and I able to translate the strings.
    The problem is that everything is align to the left, and it need to be align to the right.
    Also the direction is wrong, I having
    השיחה עם jon.
    when jon is the agent name, and it need to be
    ‘jon השיחה עם’

    One more thing, where is the “sign in” link on the wordPress admin panel?
    I can go to the “sign up” and from there to the “sign in” but it better to have link to “sign in”

    I having problem.
    I can not close the chat window, when the agent is offline and I sent message, the window stays open after I open it, it stay open if I do not send message
