RTL support

Its a little bit odd, why this happens i dont get.
when i try to choose from show/hide in the apprearence > widgets, the the screen goes crazy. this photo

as you can see I’m on rtl dashboard and by changing html tag’s direction to LTR, using inspect elements, everything is back.
