We have 2 solutions for this.
1- We have the option in the settings page to not load rows automatically.
For example, you open the sheet and the sheet is blank, then you make a search to load the rows you want or clear any filters.
You can go to the sheet page > top toolbar > settings > advanced settings > advanced section. Activate the option and it will work.
2- The current filters appear above the sheet. You can wait until the loading finishes and remove the filters to go back to the initial state. Did you try that?

By the way, you can access the settings page outside the spreadsheet. Open wp-admin (in a new tab) > wp sheet editor > settings.
