I have about 10 rules set, but sporadically they turn themselves off with no warning or notification.

What version of our plugin do you use now?

Could you submit our JSON system report (Pricing Rules>Tools>System Report>Get system report) and send it to us as a new ticket via our helpdesk?

I have sometimes the same problem – it said because of time out.

@perties please, visit >WooCommerce>Prcing Rules>Settings and
set “Disable rule if it runs longer than X seconds” = 0

so rules won’t be disabled .
