Rules for Destination postcodes

Hi,

I want to excluded some postcodes from shipping in a specific destination.
Creating a rule for weight over 2k for example, in the destination field, I can only choose from the drop down destinations witch includes some post codes that I don’t do shipping.

Is there any way to have more options in the destination field? or is there another way doing that?
