    As per WooCommerce, Hong Kong has several Territories:

    Hong Kong Island
    Kowloon
    New Territories

    On the rules, you can only select Hong Kong as the country and not regions. Can you select regions in your pro version?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Sorry to say but, our plugin is working same as default woocommerce selection of country and state.

    So, can you please check in default woocommerce checkout that if they allow to select the region then, it will allow in our plugin.
