Hi @weberinfosp ,
Looking at the images, did you apply any modifications to our plugins? Try re-installing a fresh .zip copy and see if that fixes things.
Also, based on the your rule you are checking if an attribute is empty and you set the value as empty? Try adding a value and see if that works.
Hi Jeff, as I said, I have products with the EAN attribute and EANs. I didn’t change anything in your plugin. I use the EAN value to fill in the GTIN field, which is accepted by Google. I’ve been using these rules for a long time, but only now have I noticed the error. Even in the latest version of your plugin, my attributes (Woocommerce) don’t even appear in the RULES field.
Hi @weberinfosp ,
Where did you set the EAN or GTIN attribute? Via custom field or the new Woocommerce field?
The woocommerce field is in the inventory tab: https://ibb.co/398LSQSr
Please send in a screenshot on where these values are set so I can get a better idea. Because the Woocommerce GTIN field is only available on our Elite plugin, this was never supported by Product Feed Pro/Free
Dear Jeff, you are asking me how I use the GTIN attribute? I have always used the EAN attribute from Woocommerce custom fields (I don’t have this Inventory tab), I opened this topic because of the rules/filters that stopped mapping other Woocommerce attributes when the default is not available (empty). Thank you

Hi @weberinfosp ,
I just tested and it seems to be working as intended, try running the clear product attribute cache in Product Feed > Settings and then remap the settings or create a new feed.
Hi Jeff, thanks for the replies, but the problem persists. I’ve tried everything… I cleared the cache, deleted the feed, and nothing. It doesn’t map the non-existent attributes (Rules). Since 2023, I’ve been using your plugin to create the Google Feed, and it’s always worked. I have products with “EAN” attributes and other products with “EANs.” Before, it worked; when one attribute was missing, it would add the other (using the Empty clause). I believe the correct solution would be to have a “Not Exists” clause in the Rules. Thanks.
Hi @weberinfosp ,
You could try downgrading the plugin to the previous working state: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/advanced/ scroll down and download the version it was previously working.
Also, please note that it’s currently not possible for the rules to use values of another field. So something like :
If Field A is empty then Field A Data is Field B Data. You can only only set the values manually.
