In this type of situation, you need to add two product-based rules.
Please review below with an example.
Case – 1:
Rule 1: Cart contains Product = Product A
Rule 2: Cart contains Product != Product B
Case – 2:
Rule 1: Cart contains Product = Product B
Rule 2: Cart contains Product != Product A
From the above case, it will only check the rules if both products do not exist in the cart.

Thank you for your reply. In the example you gave us the rule is based on a product contained in the basket.
The concern is that when we choose this option and indicate the 3 letters of a product, it is indicated that there are no results even though the products do exist.
This is why in our case we have made the rules on the categories of products.

Okay, I think you try to search the wrong title or variable product title and might not display it in the list.
Our current light version supports simple products only.
