Rules to post category

    Hello is it possible to put a Rule to a specific post category?
    My site is elthraki.gr and it is a newspaper blog. So I want my authors when the Upload a photo in the “front-page” category to be full sized and not to let them upload in any other size.
    Is there any plugin that does that?
