Run action-scheduler via wp-cli

    Hello,

    I want to run this command with wp-cli but when I run the command I get this “error”

    Error: 'action-scheduler' is not a registered wp command. See 'wp help' for available commands.

    Upon checking wp help I can see the action-scheduler is not installed. How can install this?
