try using wp-optimize to optimize your database – all the plugins you listed are great for images, but the database can also slow things down if it is too big or has a lot of orphaned entries which can be caused by installing and uninstalling plugins or themes. Another thing that will slow down the database is if WordPress post and page revisions/auto save drafts are building up. There are a few different plugins available to set the page/post revisions to whatever you choose.
Some other things to look at are your theme, especially if it is a free one – depending on what you are using your site for, you might want to invest in a premium theme. The number of plugins you have installed can be an issue if you have too many; also check if you have multiple plugins that perform overlapping functions that could be in conflict. Adding too many widgets to one sidebar will slow things down (stick to about 5 and remove sharing widgets from the home page – keep those for posts only)
Hi thanks just trying the wp-optimize.
I like the theme i have and dont want to purchase a premium theme if its going to be no better, Can you recommend any premium theme or makers.
Theme forest, kadence themes, elegant themes, mojo marketplace are all developers I have used that I liked. 🙂
