Runtime by Plugin is empty
-
Hello there,
1st let me thank you for this great plugin.
2nd unfortunately I’m having a problem with the Runtime by Plugin results. I can’t see any image (graph). The other results are OK but this one seems to be broken. Could somebody can help me?
Thanx a lot.

Hello,
If you’re using IE, please note the charts / graphs will not show up in IE, so please use Chrome / Firefox.
If that’s not it, then your site probably has a theme or plugin that is loading another version of jQuery UI in the admin and it’s conflicting with WordPress’ built-in version. I suggest you try changing themes or toggling on/off plugins that may be problematic.
Im not using IE so it’s not because of it.
I’ve tried 2 themes (twenty 14 and twenty 12) and it’s not showing it either. And how can I know which plugin might be problematic? Just to try it one by one? I thought that this plugin should tell you which plugin might be problematic.
Any other options?
Thx a lot m8
Hello,
Please look at the javascript resources on the P3 page. You should see jquery ui being loaded twice. Once from WordPress’ wp-includes folder and another one from the wp-content folder. What’s the path from wp-content?
Hello Kurt,
I dunno what do you mean by that. Is it in the P3 Profiler -> Query Timeline or where shall I find it?
Sorry for dumb question
Thx
Hello,
I can help. Please go into your admin, load up P3, right click anywhere in empty space, and hit “view source.” Copy these results to a text file. E-mail the text file to kpayne -at- godaddy -dot- com. I’ll take a look and see if I can find the problem.
Received your e-mail. It looks like some plugin is loading jQuery UI via CDN:
http://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.3/jquery-ui.min.js?ver=3.8.1
And it’s conflicting with the jQuery UI that WordPress is trying to load:
Hello Kurt,
thx for you help. I’ve tried to turn off all plugins but it does the same I mean it doesnt show anything. I’ve even tried to change theme for some standard one but it was the same.
Any other advice?
Thx a lot!!!
Let me make sure I understand … You have disabled all plugins except P3 and you have reverted to the twenty thirteen theme and are still having this problem?
Yes – you are correct. Only P3 was activated no other plugin activated, reverted to tewnty 12,13 and 14 -> problem remains.
Can you find where this reference is coming from?
http://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.3/jquery-ui.min.js
It’s not part of WordPress core, twenty12,13,14 or P3.
I will try to find out tonight and I will let you know. Got some ideas which plugin it might be but I’m not sure.
thx a lot buddy!
Hello Kurt,
I found the cause of that javascript. It’s plugin called Twitch TV Embed Suite http://www.plumeriawebdesign.com/twitch-tv-embed-suite/
But even if I shut it down the stats are not showing…
thx
Just to follow up for history and public viewers:
RienraG and I corresponded offline. The root problem was that P3 could not get accurate backtraces. It looks like the cause was eAccelerator’s optimizer, and possibly the fact that ionCube was stacked with eAccelerator.
P3’s rendering wasn’t broken, just had no plugins to render in the pie chart.
Thanks to RienraG for his persistence and accommodation in helping me track down the root cause for this.
