RunTimeException A_AutoUpdate_Admin_Factory does not exist

This started when I ran the plugin auto-updater in the back end of WP. I haven’t been able to login to the back end of my WP site for a week. I have tried uploading the latest PRO plugin by ftp. Didn’t fix the issue.

Email support is terrible, I must add. W keeps telling me to install a fresh install of WP, or change the name of my directory and all kinds of nonsense, instead of addressing this known issue with the plugin. My latest reply to W via email:

“Your replies make no sense. Please stop asking me to do a bunch of busy work. This is a known issue with your plugin. Please send me a quick patch or instructions to get my back end back up and running. Do NOT ask me to do any more busywork. The issue is your plugin, not where WP is installed etc. This all started when I ran the auto-update for the next gen gallery plugin.
