WC Vendors is compatible with *all* WooCommerce payment gateways, and *all* 100% WooCommerce compatible themes.
Translating from English to Russian is up to you, we don’t speak Russian and if we did translate it for you it would be “broken very english bad”. 🙂 We do include the mo/po files for you to use POEdit and generate your local translations if they are not already included.

And if you have a service of installation and plug-completion? I need to specialists installed the plugin on my WordPress and configured everything to work correctly. Sam tried – does not work. And I also need to commission payments passed through the Russian payment systems, such as Robokassa or Z-Payment. Perhaps such a thing? And how much it can cost about?
We don’t install plugins for admins. Our theory on this, is if the admin cant even install a plugin, they are well below the education level required to operate it. Check out http://www.wcvendors.com/kb/ for the WC Vendors Free setup guide, and many other useful guides in the KnowledgeBase. Installation is pretty easy, install, activate, and then run through the settings and tweak them for the particulars of how you want to operate your marketplace.
For the payment gateways, all WooCommerce gateways work for accepting payments and assigning commissions. Automatic commission payment is only available through Stripe and PayPal Adaptive Payments.
