Russian user interface, English admin

    Hi there.
    I’m using WordPress quite a lot or more than a dozen owned websites. However, I use one heavily customized version which I am not tweaking much.

    For a new project I need to have a WordPress with the default English (US) admin (for all users, I don’t mind) but with Russian system messages, since the blog is targeted for the Russian audience.

    How can do I do this? I have not been able to find documentation which discusses changing the language for the ‘user-end’ interface only.
