    if the question is “how to add Russian after mqTranslate is installed” then the answer is: in Admin Console go to Settings – Languages menu, in the Languages section add: Language code: ru, Flag: ru.png, Name: Русский, locale: ru_RU,Not Available Message: Sorry, not supported yet. Click Add Language button. Russian language will appear in the Languages list on the right side, now just click Enable there and that’s all you need…
