s3 backup not backing up

    Guys I’m getting quite frustrated with this now.

    My backup to s3 has not been working for a week now. And I’m still no closer to finding a resolution.

    On your advice i have deactivated both plugins and reactivated them. but i a still cant tell if its working as i have no backups in my s3 account

    i have no lost the ability to contact you through the support tab in the plugin as well so i’m having to resort to this.

    I need a quick and simple solution to this please i cant send any more time n it.
