I’m trying to get W3TC working with S3 or Cloudfront, but whenever I test the CDN configuration, I just get an error that the objects are not equal. Running WordPress 6.8, W3TC 2.8.8, running on Openlitespeed 1.8.3 on Ubuntu 22.04. For troubleshooting, the IAM user has full S3 & CF permissions.

    Hello @stormerider

    Thank you for your patience
We have tested this and we already have a fix for this also:

    https://github.com/BoldGrid/w3-total-cache/pull/1089/commits/68dec3f208e36decae70a298bf5c772391b6995b

If convenient, pelase update the files manually or wait for the patch relase to be published

    Thanks!

If I manually patch that, will that cause problems with automatic updates? I haven’t edited plugins in a while and can’t remember what the behavior is like. And is there a planned timeframe for the 2.8.9 release? It looks like there are 3 open issues atm slated for that release milestone on Github, so I’m guessing it’s not going to be in the very near future.

    Hey @stormerider

    Sorry for the late reply.
No, it will not cause problems with the update.
You can safely manually patch this and the next patch release will be out soon

    Thanks!
