After updating to WooCommerce 2.4.12 the Amazon S3 shortcodes are not working. The download links try to link to siteurl.com/[shortcode] instead of redirecting to the s3 files.

Actually – it seems to be a WordPress 4.4 issue rather than a WooCommerce issue.
