    Hi @garryburch,

    There isn’t any out-of-the-box integration nor its tested specifically with the mentioned plugin to say how it works.

    If the images are uploaded via Media Library before they are loaded to S3 locations, then there are chances for Smush to work fine for newly uploaded images when the Smush plugin is active.

    Would highly recommend you to test and see how it goes. Looking forward to your response.
