• Hi there,

All of my Elementor sites are 100% up to date, but it seems like none of them load correctly in Safari 12.0. I know this is an older version of Safari, but surely it’s not that old, since I know it was still working in this version of Safari a few months ago. The work fine on the newer versions of Safari.

Has compatibility been dropped for older versions of Safari?

It seems like none of my sections are loading (those with or without animations) and some sections that are stretched, show up as boxed.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks!

This issue seems to have started occurring after the update from Elementor 3.4.2 to 3.4.3

I just tested a test site running on 3.4.2 on Safari 12 and everything worked fine. I then updated Elementor to version 3.4.3 and the issue started occurring.

To follow up on this – Someone on the Facebook community helped to inspect one of the sites and there seems to be an error:

    ‘ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: IntersectionObserver’

which may be causing the entrance animation issues.

Any chance of a fix on his?

This week, I had the same ‘InsersectionObserver’ issue being reported only on one user’s iphone – v.14.8 . I couldn’t replicate the issue on any other iphones, even those with the same version of the OS.

Ultimately, reverting back to 3.4.2 was the workaround.
