    Hi,

    The plugin works GREAT for our client’s websites. However, we see Safari has an issue when opening WhatsApp Web. We know this is an issue between Safari and WhatsApp.

    We know Safari doesn’t have a lot of market this days.

    However, do you have any solution or workaround for it to work in Safari?

    Thanks for the help.

    hey,
    I had the same problem with a client’s website and i have just resolved it.
    the problem was with the mobile number you provide.
    don’t add any spaces nor + to the number …
    it has to be just like this:: 916893423756
    not this:: +916 893423756

    @pablogutierrez you are always welcome.
    @bhvreddy I have recently created an enhancement ticket for this UX issue on
    https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/2873
    because most of the users won’t look for the docs to know about this …
    as I stated on the ticket you may wanna strip those spaces and (+) -if exists- out of the number before saving it in the database .. that way will assure the best UX for all the users
